You get a firm price that same visit, plus room to ask whatever is on your mind before you decide. Nothing on our trucks says what we do. Shirts are plain, the vans carry no lettering, and the people next door are left to guess. They usually assume a remodel.
On the day of the job we take out trash, dead items, and anything unsafe. Since those mix with things you value, we sort throughout rather than clearing blind.
Clothing, furniture and housewares still in good shape go to a charity here in the Lowcountry. Anything hazardous, along with old appliances and electronics, is manifested and hauled to a licensed facility that accepts it.
Much of what we find stays in the house. Once a room is clear, your things go back onto shelves and into closets where they make sense. Disinfecting and deodorizing is the optional last step.
